Our conduct is guided by our company Code of Ethics derived primarily from the IMC Certified Management Consultants Code of Ethics.

  1. Act in the clients best interests at all times -- serve them with integrity, competence, objectivity, independence and professionalism
    • Render impartial, factually-based, independent advice
    • Avoid conflicts of interest, or the appearance of such, and disclose immediately any circumstances or interests that may influence our judgment or objectivity
  2. Develop realistic and practical solutions to client problems
    • Seek to balance and reconcile sometimes divergent client stakeholders' interests when providing guidance to the client
  3. Accept only those client engagements we are qualified to perform
    • Do not claim expertise we lack in order to win a consulting or coaching contract.
  4. Establish with clients realistic expectations of the benefits and results of our services, then jointly define the scope, process of the assignment, and the basis of remuneration (based on the value created and the risk or responsibility accepted).
  5. Behave with integrity and professionalism at all times
    • Safeguard confidential client information
    • Respect the rights of consulting colleagues and consulting firms -- do not use their proprietary information or methodologies without permission
