One of the most exciting developments in the last few years is the set of approaches focused on experiment driven product strategy and development. Large organizations are shifting from "can we build it?" to "should we build it?" by leveraging early experimentation to de-risk product initiatives. In this interactive 2-day workshop, we introduce core tools and concepts related to Lean Startup, Business Model Generation and Customer Development to enable an experiment-driven product approach. During this collaborative workshop, you will design a new business and gain hands-on experience through validated learning.
Start your agile transition by scheduling a free consultation. An OrgAgility coach will work with you to understand your needs, assess the project or organization, develop an initial plan, and share the proposal for your agile transition with you.
